Returns and No Ships
Buyer: In cases of non-shipment, we will return your purchase price. Also, shipping charges are not applicable.
Seller: If a buyer uses our service, your waiting time for us to receive payment should be minimal (1 hour). If you wish to send your item before we receive payment and payment is not sent in a timely manner, your item will be held until QW has received payment for shipping back to your address by you. This is fair because you will receive your item back, and be able to resell it to regain shipping costs. We will hold your package for 1 week free of charge, however, due to space restrictions, we will charge $10 per day for any package left with us for more than 7 days. Sellers will receive an email when payment is received from the buyer by QW. Thank you.
