Exchange Facilitation
Level 1 - Buyer sends us their payment and the Seller sends us their item(s). Once both are present at our facility, Quinn Westinghouse sends the appropriate payment and item to the end Buyer/Seller.
Level 2 - Same as above plus Quinn Westinghouse will open your package to make sure that it is intact and what you ordered. If the item is not satisfactory, you may ask us to return it at your expense. By accepting this level, you hold QW harmless of anything wrong or defective with the product.
Level 3 - Includes Levels 1 and 2 plus Quinn Westinghouse will take pictures and email them to you to show you what has been sent to you. By accepting this level, you hold QW harmless of anything wrong or defective with the product.
***Note: We do not accept automobiles at the moment, or items weighing over 250 lbs.
